As we enter into the last quarter of the year and I reflect on my physical fitness, I must say, I could have done better. I could have eaten healthier, went to the gym more often, did more physical activities, plus intake of more veggies and fruits. Well, I did get better with more intakes of veggies and fruits, but of course there is always room for improvement.
This time I decided to hire a health coach. Why? Well because when it comes to physical overall fitness I am very lazy, plus I love a cheerleader by my side. Of course, you don’t need this to help you improve your fitness and health, but I hope to find that it will help me. What is a health coach?
A health coach is someone that helps you identify your target goals, creates a plan, improves yourself management plus gives assistance on how to stay motivated. I like the idea of talking to professional and learning new and improved tips on getting my overall body in shape. I have always been interested in learning about what the professionals have to say plus incorporating my own interpretation. I want a routine that can be incorporated into my current lifestyle not completely change it. This may take some time and of course getting accustom. But we only have ONE body so we must treat it with care.
Have you ever tried a health coach? How did it work out for you?
Once I get my routine in progress, I will keep you posted on how it goes and give advice on how a health coach could possibly help you.
