Are you safe from influenza?

You might want to really think this one through.  With this years flu cases on the rise and the highest they’ve seen, it's been categorized as an epidemic. 47 states are reporting widespread flu activity, with 20 deaths reported so far. H3N2 virus is predominantly in the air this year, which is causing the epidemic. This virus has been around in previous years, therefore some people are prone to get it, and make many people sick. Although scientists have caught this virus last year and have included it in this year’s vaccine, it’s not always a guarantee to prevent the epidemic.

Here are a few ways you can help beat, or lower your chances of catching the flu this year.

  1. Take Vitamin D
  2. Take Probiotics
  3. Align your back
  4. Take Omega 3’s Fatty Acids
  5. Get your fruits and veggies
  6. Drink a ton of water
  7. Exercise daily
  8. Take your butt to bed
  9. Chill out on sweets
  10. Don’t bother with the shot.
