Today is #Makeover Monday, having a makeover is not limited to makeup and fashion but it is also about #Makeover of the mind, body and soul.
In making over your mind I've learned , through trial and error, that you have to 'time out ' and regroup at times. I, personally dedicate hours within a day to sit in silence with my thoughts. I find that this helps me from becoming overwhelmed with all the tasks I have to do within life. I find that this silence helps me meditate and puts everything into perspective. Give it a try and see what happens.
To #makeover my body, ( this is a work in progress) I try to exercise two to three times a week. Now, I must be honest, this is hard for me, I just get lazy. But when I do exercise weekly I can automatically tell a change in my spirit and my body feels energized. You would think because it makes me feel good I would do it more often. But just like others I suffer from laziness when it comes to exercising, but I am trying as should you.
To #makeover my soul I turn to my Bible for help and understanding. I understand everyone is not religious but there are different ways for people to channel their inner feelings and get in touched with their emotions. Try yoga, meditation, different breathing techniques, read a book, anything that puts your mind and body at ease and allows you to become tranquil.
There are many ways we can #Makeover our lives and different aspects, you just have to figure out what you want or need to #makeover and make the adjustments.
