4 Natural Products to Add to Your Health Regime

Since going natural (hair) almost a year and half ago, I have decided to go natural in my other beauty regimes as well. Here are 4 natural staples you should consider in your daily routine: brown sugar, honey, extra virgin olive oil, and shea butter.  Each of these products offer a different benefit to ensure your skin remains healthy and radiant.





Brown Sugar- Acts as an exfoliate and clears away dry, dead skin cells. This will create a smoother, more youthful elegant glow to your skin. Brown sugar is also an anti-bacterial that contains glycolic acid which is an alpha-hydroxyl acid ingredient that keeps skin healthy and vibrant.

Honey- Honey has antibacterial properties, which helps in fighting acne and pimples. Honey is also a very effective moisturizer for skin. It retains moisture making your skin radiant, soft and supple.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil- Whether applied to face, body, or hair olive oil will penetrate deep into the skin pores and provides a long-lasting shield of moisture to keep skin smooth and moisturized.

Shea Butter-Acts as a mmoisturizing supplement for the face and body, keeping the skin elastic and hydrated. It provides healing for fine lines and wrinkles, even those under the eyes. It’s known to help prevent stretch marks during or after pregnancy and weight fluctuation. Plus, it protects sensitive skin from rashes and irritations after shaving.
